This was my sons first visit to the dentist. The staff were great and so was Dr. Nathan Burns. I did not feel uneasy at all throughout the whole visit and though my two year old did not like it he did do rather well for his first visit. I feel this was due to the patience and expertise of this office and will definitely bring him back.

Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful, from booking the appointment, checking insurance, negotiating with preschooler, and keeping me informed on my son’s dental care. They always take time to answer any questions I have and follow up with me if they are unavailable when I call. Great follow up calls to check on my little one after a bigger dental procedure

The staff and Dr.Burns are AMAZING with the kids! They really go above and beyond to make sure your kiddo is comfortable and entertained while they get the job done. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

Once you go to this office, you won’t find a better dental experience. My son ,whose 4, asks if he can return to the office to play pac-man. It’s a great team they have, they take care of everything for you. The dentist has saved some of my son’s teeth and I’m so grateful.

We took our son, Dylan, to see Dr. Nathan at Great Big Smiles. Dylan is 14 months old and we were concerned about him possibly having a tantrum during the appointment. We are happy to say that the appointment was terrific. Dr. Nathan and his staff work efficiently and did a great job making the appointment a good one for Dylan. After our wonderful experience, we will always go back to Great Big Smiles for any of Dylan’s dental needs.

My toddler hit his mouth on a glass coffee table, which damaged his front tooth, gum and lip - a traumatic moment for a first time mom and her little boy. I was referred to Dr. Burns by my dentist and I am so glad I was. Within an hour, we were on our way to our first unexpected pediatric dentist visit. The entire experience was phenomenal. Within the first five minutes of walking through the door, I was already at ease. Ann, at the front desk, was extremely welcoming and quickly helped us check in. Lindsay, very calmly and with compassion, cleaned and examined my son’s teeth and mouth and educated me with what to expect with his newly chipped front tooth. Dr. Burns followed up and re-examined my son and fully explained all the signs and symptoms of infection or an abscess. He was extremely calm and took his time to make sure I understood everything. He even educated me about the teething process and to be in the lookout for some new teeth soon to be arriving - the molars!! They truly helped comfort my son (and a nervous mom of a typical toddler boy). While I am not glad my son chipped his front tooth, I am so glad I was referred to Dr. Burns. I am so happy that I brought my son to GREAT BIG SMILES, even though his smile has a little chip to it!!!!!
